It is a combined machine that can cut meat, poultry and fish to cubes, strips or slices as shown in Fig.184.108.40.206
Related to its main function, sometimes the equipment is called meat cuber or meat dicer. Also some manufacturers are fabricating this equipment for one function only (dicing or stripping). Cutting mechanism is nearly the same as for vegetable cutter.
