Another special machine belongs to meat preparation equipment family which is the meat tying machine. This machine function is simply to tie meat poultry or fish (Fig.126.96.36.199), to keep its shape during cooking especially meat oven roasting. Suitable for butchery shops, super markets, large central kitchens, etc.
