After meat mincing, a butcher or cooker needs a machine to form the minced meat. Meat moulder is manufactured for this purpose, it can form minced meat to any required shape (burgers, meat balls with round, square, oval shape, etc.), the most common use for this machine is hamburger forming, see Fig.188.8.131.52. Machine is also called “Patty forming machine” & “Food former“(where it can deal other foods like fish, butter, cheese, etc.).
