An electric heavy duty meat & bone saw with rust free stainless steel casing, table, blade, etc. Free stand, Water proof housing for motor & electric parts, motor is stopped automatically if housing door or cover is opened, electronic motor brake to stop motor in 4 seconds, gas damper for proper blade tension, wheels with guides to avoid blade jump, stainless steel portioner (Fig.6.2.1.2) can be adjusted from 0 to 250 mm with metric graduation (scale) on table surface, stainless steel pusher (Fig.6.2.1.2) for hands safety with toothed face to avoid twisting of bones.
