FOOD STORAGE EQUIPMENTS

This section explores the equipments employed in food storage area. Food storage area has two types of storage; the first is the “Dry type” (non refrigerated, only air conditioned and/or ventilated) for storing of rice, macaroni, sugar, oil, spices, canned food, etc. The second type is “Cold storage” (chilling or freezing) for storing of vegetables, meats, poultry, fish and sea foods, cheeses & processed meats, etc.
