This type is used for larger catering systems & big restaurants. The fryer includes all the features as the ordinary fryers (deep tank, gas or electric heating, cool zone, etc, in addition to an electro-mechanical system for automatic unloading of fried product or automatic loading & unloading of the same.

As shown in Fig.7.9.4, a continuous fryer with the following features: Fully stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304, product transport and lowering belts made of 18/10 stainless steel wire net, controlled by geared motor, automatic tipping of belts, by means of geared motor, to allow the machine cleaning, cold area, feeding hopper easily removable for cleaning, cooking time adjustable for different types of products, safety thermostats, low voltage control board, equipped with belt speed programmer, reached temperature indicators, oil temperature digital thermo regulator, conveyor tipping push-button, main switch, oil pouring selector, burner release push button (gas version only), built-in 18/10 stainless steel oil tank complete with filter and re-circulation pump, electric heating power of 72 KW at 400 Volts, total electric power of 73 KW, 230 liters frying tank capacity, 120 Kg/hr production rate, 1.5″ drain valve, production rate of 120 kg/hr, with model (FRYMATIC 72), manufactured by “Nilma” – Italy. (nilma.com). Optionally can be provided with stainless steel trolley for collecting of fried product or wheel mounted stainless steel conveyor belt for automatic product loading with 0.18 KW motor.
