This oven becomes a basic equipment in any commercial kitchen either fast food restaurants or central kitchens in hotels, hospitals, etc, this is because of the main advantage of this oven which is the fast cooking for any type of food.
Simply microwave oven is cooking by high frequency electromagnetic waves, which penetrate the food activating food molecules to release heat energy (coming from friction between molecules), so the food becomes hot enough to be cooked in short time. The difference between this oven & an ordinary oven, that ordinary oven heat the oven chamber and heat transferred from the chamber to food, but in microwave the food is heated firstly by the waves and then the heat transferred to the oven chamber. This oven is usually used commercially for short orders or small quantities of food, and is suitable for cooking of meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, etc.

  • With or without rotating tray (rotating tray inside the oven is useful for proper distribution of wave’s heat inside the food during cooking).
  •  Are internal dimensions to GN standard size (preferred)?
  • Cooking power in KW.
  • Capacity control and / or cooking programs.
  • Timer control.
