Modular table (also called “Neutral element“) is not cooking equipment, but it’s necessary to be included in a modular cooking line, as to give working area for chefs for handling of food before and after cooking. In addition, modular table can be provided with either open base, closed base with doors or drawers, which can be utilized in storing of cooking accessories that have no space above the top.
Modular table dimensions should follow the cooking line module dimensions which are different from manufacturer to another and from line to another for the same manufacturer.
