This machine is molding dough balls to have cone or umbrella shapes, which are the latest innovation in the field of fast food equipments.

Molder & oven selection factors:

  • All food contact materials should be food grade
  • Molder for cones or umbrellas or both
  • Number of cones and / or number of umbrellas
  • Production rate cone or umbrella per hour
  • Manual or automatic machine (automatic will control temperature, time of baking, lifting product, etc)
  • Fixed or adjustable product thickness (e.g. 4, 5, 6, 7 mm)
  • Oven should have rotating cage or conveyor for rotating cones or umbrella inside oven to have fairly distributed heat

Market example

Molder: As shown in Fig. 12.6.7, manual combined pizza cone / umbrella molder with the following features; 2 cones and 1 umbrella molders, temperature 0 to 250 oC, 160 Pcs/hr production rate, dims 310 x 280 x 450 mm, 2.6 KW @ 240 V / 50 Hz, model (SUPER TOP ITALY).

Oven: As shown in Fig. 12.6.8, combined cone & umbrella pizza electric oven with; 15 cones capacity, 3 rotating holders can be used either for cones (each holder can carry 5 cones) or for umbrella (each can carry one umbrella), 0 to 275 oC temperature, production rate of 200 cones or 45 umbrella per hour, dims 400 x 600 x 590 mm, 2.7 KW power @ 240 V
