Cake slicers or (Cake cutters) are machines to cut cake into pieces either in vertical level (vertical cake slicer) to give products as shown in Fig.11.31.1 or in horizontal level (horizontal cake slicer) to give products as shown in Fig.11.31.2, both type are suitable for bakery & pastry shops (large size).

 Vertical cake slicer:

As shown in Fig.11.31.3, a Vertical cake slicer with the following features; Food-grade materials, several vertical cutting possibilities as shown in Fig.11.31.1, linear, rectangular & angular cut pieces, microprocessor control with 60 programs memory positions for up to 60 different products, user-friendly menu navigation, desired number of pieces (round products) and the desired number and size of the pieces (angular products) is fed into the machine control, product is cut automatically according to the input data,maximum product size 2 x 290 mm Ø and 600 x 600 mm, maximum input product height 180 mm, 0.8 KW motor at 230/400 Volts, 24 Volts control, 285 kg weight, dims 1500 x 1390 x 1680 mm
